Eligibility Criteria

• PS to VC (STENOGRAPHER GRADE-I): Bachelor’s Degree; Government Commercial Certificate (GCC) or equivalent in Stenography (English/Gujarati); Speed of not less than 90 wpm in Gujarati Short Hand / 120 wpm in English Short Hand; Speed of not less than 40 wpm in Gujarati Typewriting / 50 wpm in English Typewriting; 3 Years’ Experience in reputed state/central government universities/offices as Stenographer Grade-2 (English/Gujarati); Basic knowledge of computer application (certificate as per specified resolutions).
• JUNIOR SUPERINTENDENT: Any Graduate; Three years’ Experience of Senior Assistant / Senior clerk or equivalent post in State or Central Government office/State or Central University/PSU; Basic knowledge of computer application (certificate); Adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.
• JR. STENOGRAPHER GRADE -II: Bachelor’s Degree; Government Commercial Certificate (GCC) or equivalent in Stenography (English); Speed of not less than 120 wpm in English Short Hand; Speed of not less than 50 wpm in English Typewriting; Basic knowledge of computer application (certificate).
• STORE KEEPER: Any Graduate; Three years’ Experience of Assistant store keeper/Assistant/Junior Clerk/Clerk or equivalent post in State or Central Government office/State or Central University/PSU; Basic knowledge of computer application (certificate); Adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.
• ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR: B.E./B.Tech Electrical Engineering OR Diploma in Electrical Engineering with two years’ experience in relevant field; Basic knowledge of computer application (certificate).
• SENIOR ASSISTANT: Any Graduate; Three years’ Experience of Assistant/Junior Clerk/Clerk or equivalent post in State or Central Government office/State or Central University/PSU; Basic knowledge of computer application (certificate); Adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.
• FRANKING MACHINE OPERATOR: Any Graduate; Basic knowledge of computer application (certificate); Adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both. Desirable: Preference to candidates having at least 1 year of experience in Franking machine operator work.
• Assistant Cum Clerk Cum Data Entry Operator: Any Graduate; Basic knowledge of computer application (certificate).

Salary/Stipend

• Ps To Vc (Stenographer Grade-i): Rs.49600/- Fixed Pay For Five Years, Then Level-8 Rs.44900-142400
• Junior Superintendent: Rs.40800/- Fixed Pay For Five Years, Then Level-6 Rs.35400-112400
