1. Educational Qualification
Candidates must be Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience of working as a Company Secretary in a reputed organization.
Candidates having passed final examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Institute of Cost Accountants of India / qualified as LLB in addition to the above shall be considered as desired qualification.
2. Age Limit
The candidate should preferably be within 40 years of age.
Salary/Stipend
The selected candidate will be paid a fixed consolidated remuneration of Rs. 75,000/- per month subject to statutory deductions as applicable from time to time.
