- Junior Research Fellow (JRF) – 01 Post
- Research Associate (RA) – 01 Post

Eligibility Criteria for MTRDC JRF & RA 2025
Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
- B.Tech in Material Science/Metallurgy in first division with GATE/NET, OR
- M.Tech in Material Science/Metallurgy in first division (both UG & PG), OR
- M.Sc in Material Science/Metallurgy in first division with NET/GATE
Research Associate (RA)
- Ph.D in Material Science/Metallurgy, OR
- M.Tech + 3 years research/teaching/design & development experience + at least one research paper in SCI journal
Age Limit
- JRF: Maximum 28 years
- RA: Maximum 35 years
- Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST/PH, 3 years for OBC
Selection Process for MTRDC JRF & RA 2025
Direct Walk-in Interview followed by document verification. The selection panel will remain valid for one year.
Salary / Stipend
- JRF: ₹37,000/- per month + HRA as admissible
- RA: ₹67,000/- per month + HRA as admissible

- Reach the venue before 10:00 AM on the respective date
- Carry complete Bio-data with recent passport-size photo affixed
- Bring Original + one set of self-attested copies of all certificates/mark sheets/experience/NOC (if employed in Govt/PSU)
- Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC must bring original caste certificate
- PH candidates must bring medical certificate from Govt. Hospital
