Job Description
The selected Research Associate will be responsible for:
- Experimental & simulation work
- System design, circuit analysis
- Physical design and testing of Logic-in-Memory SRAM arrays
Eligibility Criteria
- Ph.D degree awarded in Microelectronics / VLSI Design / Embedded Systems
- Strong knowledge of VLSI Design flow, Digital & Analog Circuit Design
- Hands-on experience in RTL coding (Verilog), EDA tools (Cadence/Synopsys/Mentor)
Fellowship / Salary
Consolidated fellowship of ₹54,000/- per month (fixed)
