1. Educational Qualification & Experience
- Graduation in Business, Management, Technology or equivalent discipline from a recognized institution.
- Post-Graduation is preferred (e.g., MBA, PGDM, other relevant Master’s degrees).
- Minimum 5+ years of total experience, with at least 2–3 years of experience in any of the following:
– Startup ecosystems
– Deep-tech ecosystems
– Innovation-driven initiatives
– Incubation or accelerator programs. - Experience in Government Startup Ecosystem is preferred (e.g., MeitY, State Startup Missions, Startup India, etc.).
- Strong understanding of the Indian Startup Ecosystem, including fundraising, incubation, acceleration and technology-driven entrepreneurship.
2. Skills & Competencies
- Proven ability to collaborate with startups, investors, mentors and corporate partners.
- Ability to design and implement scalable engagement models for startup growth and investment readiness.
- Proficiency in research on technology trends, startup landscapes and investment opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver projects on time under pressure.
- High competence in working with cross-functional groups; collaborative working style is essential.
