Eligibility Criteria
- Assistant Director (Administration & Finance): Master’s Degree from a recognized University/Institute with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale.
- Senior Manager (Administration & Finance -1; Academics – 1): Master’s Degree from a recognized University / Institute with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale.
- Manager: Master’s Degree or equivalent from a recognized University / Institute with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale.
- Assistant Manager: Master’s degree from a recognized University / Institute with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale with at least 2 years of work experience in educational/scientific administration/ research establishments/higher education institutions; OR Bachelor degree from a recognized university / institute with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale with at least 7 years of work experience in educational / scientific administration/research establishments/higher education institutions
- Executive Assistant: Bachelor’sDegree from a recognized University /Institute with a minimum of 50% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale
Age Limit
- Assistant Director (Administration & Finance): Below 57 years
- Senior Manager (Administration & Finance -1; Academics – 1): 50 years
- Manager: 50 years
- Assistant Manager: 40 years
- Executive Assistant: 35 years
Salary
- Assistant Director (Administration & Finance): Basic Scale of Rs. 1,31,100 – Rs. 2,16,600 OR Rs. 1,44,200 – Rs. 2,18,200 plus applicable allowances.
- Senior Manager (Administration & Finance -1; Academics – 1): Basic Scale of Rs. 78,800 – Rs. 2,09,200 plus applicable allowances.
- Manager: Basic Scale of Rs. 56,100 – Rs. 1,77,500 plus applicable allowances.
- Assistant Manager: Basic Scale of Rs. 44,900 – Rs. 1,42,400 plus applicable allowances
- Executive Assistant: Basic Scale of Rs. 35,400 – Rs. 1,12,400 plus applicable allowances.
