Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification
Candidates should be Graduates, and an MBA in any discipline from a reputed institute is desirable for the Chief Operating Officer position. The applicant must have at least 5 years’ experience in a COO or similar leadership role, preferably in property development or large real estate companies, along with not less than 10 years’ good working experience in the real estate market focused on delivering large-format, institutional, Grade-A asset offerings across India.
2. Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 years in a COO or similar leadership role in property development/large real estate companies.
- At least 10 years of experience in real estate market handling large-format, institutional, Grade-A asset offerings across India.
- Strong decision-making and analytical abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in investment promotion and marketing launches with deep insight into similar projects.
3. Age Limit
- Maximum Age: Not more than 55 years as on 24-12-2025.
- Age Relaxation: Age may be relaxed for deserving and experienced candidates as per management decision.
4. Nationality
Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply as mentioned under the general conditions of the notification.
Selection Process
- The selection procedure for CMAML COO Recruitment 2025 is based on personal interview.
- Only shortlisted candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be notified and called for interview; merely meeting the qualifications and experience does not entitle a candidate to be shortlisted.
- CMAML reserves the right to regulate the number of candidates called for interview by raising minimum eligibility standards/criteria and to accept or reject applications at its sole discretion.

Salary/Stipend
- Salary will be offered in par with market standards, commensurate with past experience, higher qualifications, exceptional credentials, expertise in relevant field, and performance in the interview.
- In addition, Group Insurance (Personal Accident, Term, Medical), Company car and other admissible allowances will be provided as per extant CMAML rules.
Instructions
- Age, qualification and experience should be as on 24-12-2025, and candidates must ensure they meet all eligibility criteria before applying.
- If at any stage of recruitment or after appointment it is found that eligibility conditions are not fulfilled or information furnished is false/incorrect or material facts are suppressed, candidature/appointment will be cancelled/terminated without notice.
- The initial contract period is 5 years, extendable based on requirement and performance on mutually agreed terms, or till age of superannuation (60 years), whichever is earlier.
- CMAML reserves the right to cancel, curtail, increase or withdraw the advertised post(s) without assigning any reason and may fill the position at the same or lower level or not fill the post at all.
