Eligibility Criteria
- Degree in Law from a recognized Law University
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in work related to policy, litigation, adjudication, etc.
- Experience in Techno-Legal aspects including IT Act, 2000 and IT Rules, 2021 (Desirable)
- Preferred: Legal Techno-Legal Research, legislative drafting, cyber laws, interpretation of international laws/conventions/treaties
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Salary/Stipend
- Consolidated contractual salary (as per Digital India Corporation norms)
- Purely temporary position for the project; does not confer right for permanent appointment
