- M.Sc. in Physics/ Material Science / Nano Science & Technology with at least 60% marks AND CSIR NET-LS / Valid GATE Score. or
- B.Tech. in Materials Science and Engineering/ Metallurgy/ Mechanical Engineering AND Valid GATE Score. or
- M.Tech in Materials Science and Engineering/ Metallurgy/ Mechanical Engineering AND GATE qualified.
