- Qualification
- Associate of the Royal Institute of British Architects or Associate Member of the Indian Institute of Architects (by examination) or minimum Degree in Architecture from a statutory university.
- Registered member of the Council of Architecture, New Delhi.
- Experience
- Not less than five years in a qualified architect’s office gained after acquiring the qualification.
- Experience of inspection of work under construction and adequate knowledge of Municipal Building By-laws regarding construction work.
Salary/ Stipend
- S-20 Rs. 56,100 – 1,77,500

- Open Category: 19 to 38 years
- Reserved Categories: 19 to 43 years
- Disabled Candidates: Upper age relaxation of 5 years
- Ex-Servicemen: Upper age relaxation as per rules
