Eligibility Criteria
- Ph.D. in relevant subject (Mathematics, Zoology, German etc.)
- Desirable: B.Ed. or M.Ed. or M.Ed. with Specialization (for Education & Zoology)
- Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences (German): Undergraduate and Postgraduate degrees in German, Fluency in written and spoken German mandatory, or DALF/DSH-B2 with a Masters degree in any domain
- First class in both UG and PG level (60% or 6.5/10 CGPA, if not specified)
- Candidates who have served as Adhoc faculty for about 5 semesters at NITC are not eligible
- Candidates who have defended Ph.D. or submitted thesis in the academic year 2025-26 can also apply
Salary/Stipend
- Ph.D.: Rs. 70,000/- per month
- Ph.D. Thesis Submitted/PG: Rs. 58,000/- per month
- No enhancement of remuneration during the term
- No other allowances are admissible

- For candidates belonging to General, OBC-NCL, and EWS categories, the registration fee is ₹500, and the application fee is ₹500/-.
- For candidates belonging to SC, ST, PwBD, or Female categories, the registration fee is ₹500, and there is no application fee (Nil).
