Eligibility Criteria
- Degree in Engineering or Technology (Full time) granted by a Statutory University in relevant discipline.
- Degree in Engineering or Technology (Full time) granted by an Institution empowered to grant such degree by an Act of Parliament in relevant discipline.
- Graduate examination of Professional bodies (Full time) recognized by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to above.
- Diploma in Engineering or technology (Full time) granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Education established by a State Government in relevant discipline.
- Diploma in Engineering or Technology (Full time) granted by a University in relevant discipline.
- Diploma in Engineering and Technology (Full time) granted by an Institution recognized by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to above.
- Candidates should be from the states of Tamil Nadu, Andhrapradesh, Telengana, Karnataka, Kerala and union territories of Pondicherry.
- Candidates should have passed the qualifying exam in 2021 / 2022 / 2023 / 2024 / 2025.
- Candidates should not have undergone or presently undergoing Apprenticeship Training in NLC or elsewhere.
Salary/Stipend
- Graduate Engineering Apprentice Trainee: ₹15028/- per month (of which ₹4500/- will be paid by Government under DBT scheme)
- Technician Apprentice Trainee: ₹12524/- per month (of which ₹4000/- will be paid by Government under DBT scheme)

Selection Process
- Selection will be based on percentage of marks scored by the candidates in the qualifying Diploma/Degree, as the case may be.
General Information/Instructions
- The Candidate will have to arrive at the percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying examinations and enclose it along with the application form.
- Over statement of Marks by the candidates will lead to disqualification of the candidates from selection process.
- In case of more than one candidate scoring the same percentage of marks at the cut-off level, the senior most candidates will be considered for selection, based on the date of birth.
- Completion of Training does not entitle the candidates any right to claim temporary or permanent nature of job in NLC India Ltd.
- Guidelines under Apprentices Act on Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD will be followed.
