Eligibility Criteria
- Indian Citizen as per Articles 5-8 of the Constitution
- Graduate in Engineering or Commerce OR Master’s degree OR Post Graduate Diploma (minimum 2 years) in any discipline from Govt. recognized university/institution
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in project procurement and contract management in government
- Experience in preparing bid documents, evaluation contracts, procurement plans, reports, and managing procurement processes
- Thorough knowledge of procurement through GEM and Assam Tenders
- Familiarity with GFR, Assam Public Procurement Act 2017 & Rules 2020, CVC Guidelines, eGEM
- Ability to upload bids on GEM and Assam Tenders portals
- Good mental and bodily health, free from physical defects affecting efficiency

- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 62 years

- Pay Scale: Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 1,10,000 per month
- Grade Pay: Rs. 13,300
