Job Summary:

As an IT network specialist , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning and maintenance of our clients’ network infrastructure. You will work closely with our senior network engineers and IT support team to troubleshoot and resolve networking issues, implement network improvements, and contribute to the delivery of exceptional ICT services.

Responsibilities:

1. Network Monitoring and Maintenance:

– Monitor network performance and proactively identify potential issues.

– Assist in routine network maintenance tasks, including updates and patches.

– Collaborate with senior engineers to implement network security measures.

2. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:

– Respond to network-related support tickets and resolve technical issues promptly.

– Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and other network-related problems.

– Provide hands-on assistance to end-users with network-related queries.

3. Network Configuration and Deployment:

– Assist in configuring and deploying network devices, including routers, switches, and access points, Firewalls.

– Work with senior engineers to set up and maintain VPN connections.

– Collaborate with the team to deploy network upgrades and expansions.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

– Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and incidents.

– Prepare reports on network performance, incidents, and improvements.

– Contribute to knowledge base articles for internal reference and client self-help.

5. Collaborative Support:

– Collaborate with other IT support teams to resolve cross-functional technical issues.

– Provide assistance during project deployments and ensure successful outcomes.

6. Continuous Learning:

Requirements:
